Rachel Davis – Catering Manager
I have previously worked in pubs, restaurants and fine dining. However, I have to say that working at High Ash in my role as Catering Manager is by far the best job I have had for many different reasons! Not one day is the same! Children are such good food critics and I enjoy creating fun and inventive ways of sneaking all the goodness they need into their meals! I have a passion for good, tasty, nutritious food and I am incredibly proud of what we provide at High Ash.

Michelle Hynes – Second Chef
I was previously a Catering Manager for a contract catering company and also have worked in the hospitality and hotel sector. I have a 9 year old son who is very envious of our school kitchen and would love for me to be a chef at his school. I love my job and especially enjoy the interaction with the children. Its completely different cooking for children than adults – I much prefer cooking for children, as I love their enthusiasm and honesty. The children make the best food critics!
Jessica Righelato – Catering Assistant
I have previously worked in the kitchen at IKEA feeding hundreds of people on a daily basis. Both of my daughters attended High Ash when they were younger so I am very familiar with the school and proud to work here. The school meals we offer are brilliant and there is so much choice and flexibility for both children and parents. I wish this kitchen was here when both my children were here as it is such a fantastic feature of the school and we are very lucky to be able to provide them with tasty hot meals everyday.
