At High Ash, we are proud of our behaviours for learning and the children and staff have come up with agreed ways that we behave when in school. This is summarised in our 'Remember at High Ash we....' document below.
We follow a positive behaviour management approach and encourage praise and reward, yet is also based on fairness and a sense of justice.
Our sanctions are also fairly applied and we review them regularly to assess their impact. We also seek the pupil's views regularly on our behaviour strategy and consult also with external agencies when needed.
Our behaviour policy is comprehensive and is attached below. It is underpinned by our school parable of the Good Samaritan.
