Behaviour

At High Ash, we are proud of our behaviours for learning. 

We follow a positive behaviour management approach and encourage praise and reward, it is based on fairness and a sense of justice. 

Our sanctions are also fairly applied and we review them regularly to assess their impact.  We seek the pupil's views on our behaviour strategy and consult with external agencies when needed. 

Our behaviour policy is comprehensive and is attached below. It is underpinned by our school parable of the Good Samaritan.
