As a primary school we have three phases, children start school in the Foundation Stage when they are 4 years old.
The children then move into Year 1 and Year 2 which is key stage 1. Then the children move through Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 which make up key stage 2.
Our classes are named after trees until you get to year 5 and then they are the teachers initials.
Ash and Apple are the Reception classes.
Cedar, Cherry & Chestnut are the mixed Year 1 & 2 classes.
Maple & Magnolia are the Year 3 classes.
Willow is the Year 4 class.
5DM & 5F are the Year 5 classes.
6H is the Year 6 class.
